1.     One time cost towards voice device is Rs.1,599/-. Taxes will be charged as applicable.
2.     The monthly charges for SifyTalk is Rs.499/- 
3.     A broadband connection is a prerequisite for using this product
4.     Subscriber can make unlimited calls to one number in US, UK (LL) or Canada
5.     In addition to the unlimited calling to one number in US, UK (LL) or Canada, the subscribe will also get Rs.300 worth         calling to other international numbers.
6.     Rates applicable will be as per the SifyTalk tariff plan.
7.     To continue enjoying unlimited calling, monthly renewal is required.
8.     Balance amount, if any will not be carried forward and will lapse on expiry of validity.
9.     Request to change the "unlimited number" can be made only after 30 days .
10.   Request to change the "unlimited number" can be made through mail or by calling customer care.
11.   The request for change of  "unlimited number" will be activated within 3 working days.
12.   Availability of service is subject to feasibility.
13.   Sify reserves the right to accept or reject the application, without assigning reasons.
14.   The ATA accessories shall be used only to make legal /authorized calls.
15.   The ATA accessories shall be used solely for availing VoIP service of SifyTalk and shall not be used for any other         purpose.
16.   The subscriber cannot remove, transfer or relocate the ATA from the original place of installation, failing which Sify will         discontinue the service.
17.   In the event of change of address, the subscriber will notify Sify or its authorized representative in advance.
18.   Sify may revise the tariff for any destination at its discretion, without prior notice.
19.   Sify may, at its sole discretion suspend/ discontinue service, by giving reasonable notice to the subscriber.
20.   The monthly charges amount is non-refundable.
21.   This product is not for commercial use.
22.   SifyTalk at present can be used for only outgoing calls to international destination.
23.   Subject to regulatory approval, Sify Talk will also provide domestic telephony services in future.
